Need an energy boost? Healium's gentle yoga classes are complete stretching sessions - 45 minutes long - that make a great break in your your work day. Using props such as straps, blocks and bolsters, and a gentle sequence of yoga postures, this class is designed to release tension and develop deep relaxation.
Gentle yoga classes are held Wednesday and Friday mornings from 11:15 am to 12 noon.
We love beginners! All classes are all-levels and prenatal appropriate and are led by certified instructor Jenifer Parker. She provides gentle assists and modifications to make sure you're strong and safely aligned in every posture.
