Spice up your meals with Cajun and Creole recipes. From the American South, these cuisines combine French, African, Native American, and Italian traditions to create something completely unique. One week you will be making a gumbo with rice and beignets and the second week you will create a jumbalaya, maque choux, and pralines.

$30.00 cash is payable on the first night to your Tutor.
This covers all ingredients for the 2 week course.
