The Katikati Bird Gardens and Cafe is a beautiful, 30+ year old privately owned 10 acre park on the edge of the Tauranga inner harbour near Tauranga in the Bay Of Plenty.
The extensive plantings include a rose garden, a conifer garden, lily ponds and mature trees from all around the world. Exotic pheasants, peacocks and doves follow as you wander through the gardens.
