Bikram Yoga is a fun, challenging and invigorating 90 minute workout for all levels, designed to increase your flexibility, balance, and physical strength.
Bikram Yoga flows through 26 Hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. The yoga is practiced in a room heated to 38 degrees Celsius, with 40 percent humidity. This is to enable you to stretch more deeply, get further into the postures, and detoxify quickly and thoroughly.
