Summertime in the Bay of Islands, and the living is easy.
Imagine ending an idyllic Northland weekend with a sublime Sunday lunch inspired by the freshest of local crayfish, prepared in some inspired ways by Chef Jono Rogers, and enjoyed with a stunning view of the famed Kauri Cliffs golf course and the Pacific Ocean. Think delicate crayfish bisque, the freshest of sashimi, crayfish sliders with fennel & citrus slaw and lemon aioli, or crayfish in a rich mornay of garlic butter. Crayfish and Seafood presented many ways, and always sublime.
Each Sunday in January and February, The Lodge at Kauri Cliffs will be hosting these special three-course Seafood Lunches.
Houseguests of the lodge who are reserved to stay overnight on a Sunday night will have this special lunch included within their tariff.
Subject to availability and by prior reservation, seafood lovers who are not staying at the lodge may book and also enjoy these memorable and leisurely lunches for $190.00 per person.
