Have you always wanted to try Yoga but feel you are not flexible enough or just lack the
confidence to go to a class? Then this is the yoga course for you.
This course is for 4 weeks and each week you will learn 4 new foundational yoga poses.
Learning the benefits, contraindications and how to modify the poses to suit your body.
We will then finish each week with a traditional flow class integrating the poses as we go.
I will teach you about the different styles of yoga and how to choose the right class for you.
Knowledge is power and with this slow progressive style you will soon build confidence.
What to Bring: Yoga Mat (there are some available to borrow), and a water bottle.
What to Wear: Activewear or comfortable clothing
