About the Course
It is all too easy to have unpleasant memories about the past, and to feel unhappiness towards other people when they have not treated us in the way that we want. If we develop a deep self confidence and a compassionate mind towards others we will not only be able to remain at peace when harmed or criticised, but also be able to free ourself from resentment and anger.
On this morning course learn how to develop this strong, courageous mind as well as the art of forgiving ourself.
About the Teacher
Kelsang Shechog is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. She has dedicated her life to helping people solve their problems and find happiness through Buddha’s timeless instructions.
Shechog has spent many years developing Kadampa Meditation Centres where she has inspired many people through her kindness and loving example. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, inner strength and clear, skillful teachings.
