Learn over a period of approx. 5 months this ancient art. If you are looking for balance, flexibility, mindfulness then this is the exercise that can give so much more as well as peace of mind. Our form of Tai Chi is purely for health and well-being.
You will learn the 108 moves with the help of our well trained volunteer instructors and helpers. Tai Chi is non-combatant and non-competitive, you learn at your own pace.
Tai Chi can be used in any other exercise programme.
