You will explore tapas such as pixtos mixtos (mixed skewers), garbanzos con chorizo (chickpeas with Spanish sausage), patatas bravas (spicy potatoes), champiñones al ajillo (Spanish garlic mushrooms), mejillones en escabeche (mussels in vinegar sauce), and churros (Spanish doughnuts).
$30.00 is payable on the first night to your Tutor. This covers all ingredients for the two-week course.
