Delicious traditional Indian dishes are the focus in this three-session course where Monica will share with you the recipes, flavours, and aromas she grew up with.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
- Discuss the flavours and spices used in Indian cuisine
- Know where to purchase ingredients for a selection of vegetarian and meat dishes
- Read and follow a range of recipes step-by-step
- Create a range of classic dishes from Southern and Northern India as cooked at home

$50.00 is payable on the first night to your Tutor. This covers all ingredients for the 3 week course.
