Join us at furniture design staple Cult's showroom in Parnell for a dried floral workshop led by Mark Antonia, pioneers in the dried floral revival. Inspired by our upcoming exhibition "Enchanted Worlds: Hokusai, Hiroshige and the Art of Edo Japan" and Ikebana, you'll learn about the Japanese art of arranging flowers which emphasizes balance and natural forms.

Flowers, materials and light refreshments are included. You'll be working with a Kenzan floral base and Fritz Hansen Ikebana vase, and a glue gun. You get to take the arrangement on the base home at the end of the workshop.

About Mark Antonia
"Our dried floral arrangements are one of a kind, every arrangement is bespoke. Made entirely by hand, these arrangements are works of art and are made and mindfully treated this way. Every berry, every flower and leaf is hand glued to the best twigs to suit an arrangement. A sense of Ikebana with a nod to Wabi-Sabi in all our arrangements, a reverence for the imperfection of nature." They have worked with many clients like Juliette Hogan, Citta, Homestyle Magazine, Cable Bay and Cheshire Architects.
