This enjoyable course is designed to educate participants on how to make healthy meals following simple recipes, that use plenty of seasonal vegetables, fruits and wholefoods. You will improve your nutritional literacy while cooking and sharing tasty meals with others.
The course is designed to benefit anyone who is interested in improving their cooking skills and nutritional literacy at any life stage. Please note, this is not a vegetarian cooking class.
Please note $36 is payable on the first night to your Tutor. This covers all ingredients you will be using in the 3 classes.
