In this short Saturday morning course, Kelsang Shechog will show us how to apply the profound methods of Buddhist psychology and meditation that enable us to cultivate mental habits that are uplifting, encouraging and empowering, and become the confident, joyful and positive person we wish to be.
Kelsang Shechog is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. She has dedicated her life to helping people solve their problems and find happiness through Buddha’s timeless instructions.
