Korean seafood is prepared in many different ways, boiled, braised, roasted, grilled, dried, fermented and raw, the flavours commonly used are garlic, ginger, sesame oil, doenjang (fermented bean paste) and gochujang (fermented red chilli paste) and kimchi, on the menu tonight are two favourite Korean seafood recipes.
