I teach an easy to understand, practical style of Qigong, based on the principles of moving with the breath, with intention, relaxation and flow.
In this unique outside Qigong class in Christchurch, we reduce stress practising in nature. Stress and anxiety are transformed into inner peace, tranquility and courage in a full mind body workout.
