So if we don’t empty the garbage from the mind on a daily basis we become neurotic, psychotic, emotional and comotional. This is happening all over the planet and things are becoming a little crazy.
So there is a powerful tool which can support change and transformation, purify the mind and keep our spirits elevated. This is called meditation.
Now this is not a sit down and put your hands of your knees and breathe kind of meditation. It’s a move your body, purify the energy, sound vibrational, mind-blowing type of meditation that comes from thousands of years ago and is an ancient technology.
Your mind is subtle and powerful. It responds to every thought or feeling, even if unnoticed and apparently insignificant ones. It helps you to perceive your experience and act effectively. It is so close and intimate that you may not even notice it. You might even neglect it and assume it will just be there with no need for a conscious relationship. It is like your eyes.
You see through them so you do not see them. You can see that everyone else has eyes but you cannot see your own unless you have a mirror - a way to observe yourself. Meditation is a mirror in which you can see your mind reflected.
Meditation creates a conscious relationship between you and your mind.
During these 3 hours we will gather together to learn about the different aspects and facets of the mind, find out what drives our unconscious behaviours and cleanse and purify the old conditioning.
