Conflict can be a long, hard, and painful process. To succeed, leaders must learn to manage a productive space where employees feel comfortable about bringing underlying disputes out into the open. Understanding the roots of conflict—and how to approach and deal with it—is essential for success.

What you will learn on the day:
- Develop greater confidence to deal with difficult conversations
- Understand the different approaches to conflict
- Learn how to reduce misunderstanding, disagreement, and unnecessary competition in the workplace
- Create an action plan for your own challenges, and offer guidance for peers to do the same
- Practical tips and tools in order to effectively deal with conflict
After the workshop:
Each participant will receive a certificate of completion and will be eligible for a follow-up coaching session.
