Linden Estate Head Chef Greg Miller teams up with Buffalo Bill Food Truck’s Mike Maloney for a scorching mid-winter BBQ.
With support from the Hawke’s Bay BBQ Pitmasters, Greg and Mike will dish up succulent, tender brisket, pork and lamb, all of which has been cook low and slow over coals.
Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, before heading to the cash bar to top up with a selection of craft beers.
And with live music all day at the cellar door, this is sure to be a meaty feast of epic proportions thanks to local pitmasters Chris Bainbridge, Brendan James, Haydn White, Jamie Hohipuha, Joe Hermon and Leigh Cooper.
Ticket price includes four bowl-sized dishes, welcome drink on arrival and live music.
