Yoga is a great way to help optimise your health and well-being.

'Be Still Yoga' classes are designed to safely improve your flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and awareness. Feel the stress and tension melt away.

Four weekly classes to choose from. All classes one hour long and $9 each, or pay $45 in advance, get a 6th class free.
