For those wanting a slow, steady and challenging class that creates strength and mobility from the inside-out, Yoga: Core & More is your port of call.

Join senior Urban Yoga facilitator Shelley McCarten (New Zealand’s first and only registered RYC™ teacher) for your Saturday morning yoga fix and a practice that has a specific focus on everything that makes up the core (more than just your abdominal muscles!).

Yoga: Core & More is a class all about integrating whole-body movement practices based on yoga postures, RYC™ principles and exercise science for a functional core providing lasting support, strength and balance for body and mind.
