This course is an opportunity to dive deep into embodied movement and kind yoga practice. It’s also community centred, so you will meet your neighbours. Participants are encouraged to practice in a way that is deeply nourishing, and self renewing. The course is suited to participants with some yoga experience.
Karla is an experienced and qualified teacher, she teaches retreats, workshops, yoga teacher training and private lessons throughout Auckland. She is inspired to share yoga adapted to each individual, enhancing the effects of the practice into everyday life.
Class size is limited to 16 students. Please note, If you know in advance of a course commencing of any away dates, the course fee can be amended.
