Learn a tried and true, step-by-step process of how to make your own coconut cream-based yoghurt. Participants will be guided on sterilisation of jars, choosing the best ingredients, and what your final outcome will taste like. You’ll leave with a jar of coconut yoghurt to take home and finish fermenting.
All ingredients included in course fee, but please bring your apron, a tea towel and a clean glass jar with leak-proof lid (500g-700g capacity size).
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
Properly sterilise (sanitise) your glass jar(s).
Choose quality ingredients.
Add and mix the correct amounts of ingredients.
Prepare the oven or heat source for the fermentation process.
Taste-test for desired sourness.
