We are together with Jai Thai Boxing, offering 12 senior yoga classes over the next 6 weeks.

- Exploring stability and pelvis support, hips and lower back movement
- Sitting in a healthy way
-Twisting the spine, rotation
-Balance, focus on feet connected to the pelvis, spine and head
-Backbends and side bend, ribcage awareness and breath support
