Foundations Of Flow - Beginners Yoga Series
Looking to start a yoga practice in the New Year?
We have a new, five-week Foundations of Flow series starting early January which will be the perfect introduction for those wanting to learn the yoga basics. Whether you are brand new to yoga and want to give it a go, or if you practice regularly and are wanting to go back to the fundamentals of your yoga practice, this series is for you.
Join Carol Jardine for a five-week yoga basics series; every Tuesday.
This will be a fun, non-judgemental space where we can grow and learn from each other - open communication is more than welcome during the class.
- Every class will follow a similar overall structure
- Arrive and connect with your breath
- Warm-up with gentle movement
- Yoga lesson; move and breath mindfully as we learn
- Recap and wind-down
- Ending with Savasana or seated meditation
