Join in in a journey into your self for yourself. Beginner classes introducing you to yoga and the joy of reconnecting. Yoga is more than just a bunch of stretches yoga is a way of life, and in this class, we can begin to look at how we can incorporate more yoga into your everyday life. We will do a range of asana (poses) and meditation and breath in every session, including ways to unwind and de-stress and get yourself set up for the week ahead.
