You'll be with a group of people also beginning their yoga journeys. Each week you'll build on breath work (pranayama), postures (asanas), and enjoy guided relaxations.
You'll gradually invite strength and flexibility into your body, and a sense of calm peacefulness into your mind.
You'll learn valuable self-care well-being skills to take off your mat and into your daily life, and feel the benefits of this beautiful, ancient practice. I would love to welcome you and share yoga's many benefits and gentle power with you.
