Last chance to join me for Free Yoga On The Beach in the South Island before I head back to the North. I started these classes in January 2011 once I retired from the Air Force.

After 17 years service, and having suffered from depression in the past, I knew it would be good for my own spiritual and mental health as well as for those I teach. Taking time for yourself first thing in the morning, especially in nature, can change your whole day!

I've been Yoga Alliance qualified since 2006 and Yoga Sports Science trained since 2013. (My passion is prehab and rehab so feel free to stay and chat about any injuries or issues). The classes concentrate on posture, breathing, and joint mobility with a few standing postures and balances. No mat or experience required. All ages are very welcome.

If you can't join me on the beach, there are almost 500 yoga videos on my YogaBounce YouTube Channel. The first 365 were filmed around New Zealand (a different view for each day of the year) and then there are more videos from Tahiti, Hawaii, Florida, and the UK.
