This retreat will be an exploration of mindfulness and includes yoga classes, guided meditations, and a group life-coaching session.
The yoga classes will be Hatha and Restorative yoga classes and are suitable for everyone – from beginners to more experienced. We will also explore restorative yoga which is wonderful.
The retreat has everything needed to help you relax, to find your inner balance, to let go of stress and tension. There will be time to go for walks and to rest and reflect - to have time for 'you'. Enjoy your free time by going for a walk or swimming in the indoor or outdoor pool. You can relax in the spa pool, sauna, steam room, or just read a book on the sun deck overlooking the breath-taking Kaiteriteri beach.
