Elders class: Focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility and gently strengthening muscles and bones.
Awareness, breath and relaxation are key components of this class. Also suited for people recovering from illness.

Approved by Sport Waitakere as a strength and balance programme which reduces falls.

From time to time workshops are offered on the deeper aspects of yoga. Individual and small group tuition is available along with personalised yoga programmes, based on yogic and exercise science principles to meet individual needs.

Through yoga, people discover their own deep, intrinsic identity and so are able to find the peace and strength needed to live in a complex, ever-changing world. Yoga provides a system for managing all the aspects of our personality, from our health through to our sense of purpose and meaning.
