In my sessions I share the art and a science of ancient Yoga techniques including postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and guided relaxation (yoga nidra). My sessions are developed for a variety of needs, including restoration and strengthening of physique, deep relaxation and work with energies. I see my mission is to get these techniques available to everyone!
