Curious about yoga? Join this 4 weeks course and explore essential yoga poses, learn how to connect with the breath, create space and release tension in body and mind.
We focus on alignment of the body and move through yoga poses in a mindful and loving way. Here you get the chance to ask any questions straight away. Every class ends with deep relaxation. We are also getting a taste of meditation.
Don't let ailments or old injuries stop you to give yoga a try. This course is truly open to every body! We can work with/around a lot of different health conditions (providing your doctor is approving). Feel free to contact me with any questions.
