We're excited to announce a regular Prenatal Yoga class is being added to the normal, weekly schedule at Kanuka Yoga Space.
Cultivate a sacred space to grow and bond with your baby, preparing for birthing day. Expect slow, gentle movement, with guided meditations to leave you grounded and calm. Pregnancy yoga is recognised as an effective and safe practice, and is one of the most valuable self-care regimes you can participate in during this special and important time.
Laura McKenzie will be guiding expecting mamas through these Prenatal classes on a regular basis; she is registered with the Yoga Alliance, completed her 200HR YTT (200 hours, yoga teacher training) in 2016 and has been Kanuka's main Prenatal Yoga teacher throughout 2019.
In any case, you can look forward to a quiet and introspective hour to wind down your day.
Yogis on a monthly or three-monthly subscription are also able to join Prenatal Yoga as part of their membership, along with attending any of our other regular weekly classes like Restore, Yin and Slow Flow.
