We all have been captivated with the amazing harmonic and soothing sounds that these instruments can produce , but apart from those beautiful sounds their harmonic vibrations have a direct impact not just on our physical bodies, they reach deep within our mind and spirit.
Learn the basics to play Tibetan Bowls.
-History and origins
-Benefits in different levels (physical, mental, spiritual)
-How to choose a Tibetan bowl
-Learn about mallets
-Techniques to play the bowls (striking, rubbing etc..)
-How to get the best sound
-Practical uses for yoga practices, meditation, healing ourselves, etc.
This workshop may be beneficial for :

- People who always wanted to have and play a tibetan bowl at home or currently having a bowl but doesn't really know who to get the full sound and benefits from it.
No previous experience in yoga , meditation or music needed for this course.
This course can also include a Tibetan singing bowl with an extra cost, Claudio will be choosing Tibetan bowls from Nepal and India.
Claudio Escutia comes from a family of musicians from Mexico city, he studied classical music in Mexico and jazz and world music in Canada, India and Berlin. as a multi instrumentalist musician, yoga instructor and sound healing therapy practitioner, he introduces Tibetan bowls in his yoga classes as a powerful tool to relax entrain and inspire his students, he performs sound healing concerts and private sessions. he has two recordings of sound healing and mantras. he learnt the art of playing Tibetan bowls in Nepal and India back in 2014.
What to bring:
-Yoga mat (the studio might provide yoga mats, bolsters and cushions)
-Comfortable clothing ( we will be sitting most of time)
-Your Tibetan bowl ( option to learn with Claudios bowls if you don't have one, or option to buy one with Claudio)
-Lunch or snacks, we will have a tea and food break in between the course. (bring your own or bring to share :) )
-Notebook, pencil etc..
