Congratulations on stepping up to the role of Team Leader. It can be difficult moving from managing your own workload to organising and planning the work of others.

This one-day programme will equip you with the tools to be able to lead, plan, delegate and manage the workload of your new team effectively and with confidence.

Your Learning Outcomes:

Over the course of the day, you will;

- Develop goals and set clear expectations for your team members.
- Recognised different communication styles and adapt your style to communicate more clearly.
- Understand motivation to successfully lead, plan and delegate activities.
- Recognise conflict situations and confidently resolve issues.
