With experienced qualified coach Master Haogui Chen, the 13th generation successor of Chen's Tai Chi and winner of a number of Tai Chi competitions in China.

Tai Chi classes schedule:
Saturday:

Class 1: 9am-10:30am - Combination of Tai Chi 42 Movements (combined from Yang, Chen, Wu and Sun styles) & Ba Duan Jin
Class 2: 10:30am-11:30am - Chen's Tai Chi Fan class - advanced class

Sunday:

Class 1: 9am-10:30am - 13 forms, Yang Style Tai Chi 4, 6, 8, 16 & 24 forms for beginners and Ba Duan Jin
Class 2: 10:30am-11:30am - Fan class

$2 donation at each class.

When doing Tai Chi please wear loose-fitting pants (tight pants, jeans etc impede extended postures) and flat bottom shoes (thin soles are best), in order to achieve correct postures and avoid injury and discomfort.

Tai Chi is body exercise combination of awareness, Qi and strength. It is suitable for young and old and is extremely beneficial for seniors. It is a good physical treatment for less-healthy people. For healthy people, it will help avoid health problem in the future.

Through Tai Chi training, we can enhance awareness of our body, strengthen and protect against infection and ageing and achieve peace of mind.

The gentle movement of Tai Chi increases muscular strength, flexibility and fitness, while also improving balance, immunity and relaxation of mind and body.

Tai Chi is beneficial for neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, spine strain, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, respiratory diseases, lack of stamina, constipation, endocrine disorder and other chronic illnesses.
