Join us as we master the art of homemade pasta with Chef Nicla Gallione. In this hands-on, small group vegetarian class, you will learn how to make the perfect fresh pasta with two delicious sauces: a basil tomato and a creamy mushroom sauce. We will discuss ingredients, different types of flour, different techniques for mixing pasta dough. We will mix our batches by hand and roll out a few different styles using pasta machines.

After the class, sit down and enjoy the pasta you made with tiramisu for dessert. Wine is available for purchase for $10 a glass. Non-alcoholic beverages available free of charge.
Chef Nicla is from Cairo Montenotte in Liguria where she opened her first restaurant at age 25; she now runs a catering company in Wellington.
