We start off with personality profiling which leads to how you communicate with people who are different to you. You see, sales is about communication with your client to help provide them with a solution that will save them money, make them money or help them to gain market share.
We then look at the value proposition, prospecting, doing homework about your client so that you understand a bit about their business, cold calling, putting a script together, making appointments, call to sale ratios, account and territory management, new business development, closing the sale, putting a pipeline together, following up.
The outcomes that attendees have as a result of attending the training is confidence around the sales process clarity around the value proposition, and the confidence to communicate with clients.
