Due to the uncertainty surrounding the recent extension of alert level 2, we regret to advise that the performance of Reg Blackwood - Influencer that was scheduled for September 12th has been postponed.
The performance will now be held early in 2021. Please keep your original tickets as these will be valid for the new date, when it has been confirmed. We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
For current ticket holders who are unable to attend their rescheduled show, refunds are also available.
Ticketholders wanting a refund should submit a request to Online@ticketek.co.nz.
Tickets purchased online by credit or debit card will be refunded in full (including ticket insurance premium, if relevant). Patrons should allow up to 30 working days for the refund to appear in their account.
If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or the card has expired, please supply us with updated bank details here in order to process your refund.
If you do not provide the correct details, we will be unable to refund your tickets.
Patrons who purchased tickets in an Agency will receive a full refund to a bank account, upon the provision of bank account details. You can provide these details here.
Please note for PCI compliance reasons we cannot accept credit card details via email. Please only provide bank details, or request a call back to provide credit card details. Please note there is currently a 5 business day maximum timeframe for callbacks.
