Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi (chi), our "life energy" and it has its roots in Chinese Medicine and philosophy. It reduces stress, relieves pain and promotes amongst others: restorative sleep, easier digestion, greater flexibility, and increased energy levels in the body.

It also helps us understand the thought patterns that can trigger illness and negative emotional states.
Yuan Gong is a new Qigong system adapted to our needs in this modern age.

The methods are easy to learn and practise.
