Facilitated by Cara Butler, who is RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) and brings years of experience to this course.
Guiding women through yoga practices & techniques that can be of great support through pregnancy, childbirth & beyond. Expect gentle and supportive classes to safely adapt your yoga to your changing body. Suitable for all levels, including women who are new to yoga. Cara Butler is a highly trained and experienced director of Pre and Post Natal Yoga at Grassroots.

Cara is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as 200hr ERYT, 100hr RPYT, YACEP, she has spent 3 years running the studio as co owner during 2016-2019, and is first aid certified.
