Pole Fitness 6-week course designed for beginners, who want to try pole dance for the first time.

Within the 6 week you will learn the fundamentals of pole. Basic spins, transitions, how to climb and pole sit.

Pole classes are a fun and challenging way to improve upper body and core strength, body awareness, all over flexibility, confidence and overall fitness. Book a spot for your first class at our Hamilton aerial fitness studio today.

Suitable for absolute beginners. No prior dance or gymnastic background needed.

Course run same day and time for 6 consecutive weeks, Starting Tuesday 11th Aug.
