Have you always wanted to learn how to do Patchwork but never had a go? Maybe you would like to know more about quilting and would like a lesson. If the answer is yes then this is the course for you!
A two day beginners workshop where you learn the basics of making a patchwork block. On the first day each participant will learn how to cut and sew a simple block and how to do basic quilting.

On the second day the quilted block will be made into a small wall hanging, pillow, cushion or drawstring bag.

Materials provided. Own sewing machine required (However we may have a few to loan. Let us know if you want to borrow one).

This is payable by Credit card or bank transfer.

If you have a Community Services card the fee is reduced to $37.50. Please pay by bank transfer if possible and bring your CS card on the first day for verification.

Any queries please phone Lesley on 0272188180 or e mail wea.south@xtra.co.nz.
