Mums and bubs yoga is a 5-week course for mums of babies from 6 weeks until crawling. This hour-long class provides time to connect with your baby, yourself, and other mums. Mums will work on strengthening their postpartum bodies as well as relieving tension and learning ways to involve baby in yoga poses. Babies will have fun being involved and have a chance to relax and enjoy some baby massage.
This course will only go ahead if the minimum numbers of 5 are reached, we will confirm with you before the start date.
