Mums and Babies Yoga course

Whether you’re a committed yogini or new to yoga, this comprehensive, fun course is an excellent way to bond with your baby, aid postpartum recovery and to nurture and support women through this exciting yet challenging time of change and discovery.
When we practise yoga with our babies, we learn how to become centred and present in their world, cultivating mindfulness that enhances our parenting both on and off the mat.
We will explore different aspects of the yoga of motherhood:
- Asana (poses) to help strengthen and tone the
- The use of breath to encourage deep relaxation and
increase energy levels.
- How to reconnect with and strengthen the pelvic floor
and abdominal muscles.
- Baby Yoga and Baby Massage
