Join Geshe-la for a guided meditation and talk on how great compassion can help us to thrive and live a joyful life in times of uncertainty. By donation

Mindfulness of Compassion allows us to discover the energy of a focused and relaxed mind, bringing peace and calm to the mind and body.

Please bring a dish for the potluck lunch.

About Geshe Tharchin:
Geshe Jampa Tharchin has been the resident teacher at Chandrakirti Centre in Nelson for 9 years, and studied at Sera Je Monastic University in South India for 21 years gaining his Ph D Gdegree.eshe Tharchin will share his personal experiences in how to cultivate inner happiness with guided meditation.
