Satyadevi will run this half day workshop comprising Alexander Technique, meditative relaxation and breath awareness exercises from her “Living Breath” course for Stress Management.
Focus will move from grounding relaxation exercises, to sitting posture, alignment and balance. Deepening body and breath awareness can then help towards releasing the mental and emotional holding that can load the breath.
Using basic instructions from the Buddha’s mindfulness of breathing, we can learn to slowly ease into joyful tranquil states that can change our lives and positively affect those around us.
