Yoga Prana Vidya

The Planetary Peace Meditation also known as The Meditation on Loving Kindness. It is the foundation of all other meditation because it activates Heart and the Crown Centres. Activation of these centers automatically brings prolonged peace and calmness.

This course has been designed specifically for people who have no or very little experience of meditation. We have a safe, welcoming environment to learn in.

- Rejuvenating Breathing Exercise
