Kangatraining is a postnatal exercise class that focuses on re-strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles.

We incorporate baby-wearing so you don't have to find a babysitter and your baby adds some extra weight to the workout! Plus they usually get in a good snooze while you move.

Term 1 will be an 8 week block and will cost $90 for the term. You can join any time though and the term price can be adjusted.

Please note you must be at least 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 12 weeks for cesarean. Not all carriers are suitable for the class but if yours is not suitable or you don't own one, hire carriers are available at minimal cost.
