Kangatraining Christchurch South & Central is launching thereafter 3 2020 classes.
Want to get fit, have fun, keep your baby or toddler happy and close and feel safe and confident doing it?
Kangatraining is an exercise program designed specifically for mums to help restrengthen your core and pelvic floor, improve balance & co-ordination and get fit, all while having fun and getting to meet other parents.
Who can come to Kanga?
Open to everyone* mums, dads, grandparents and caregivers.
Mums must be at least 6 weeks post natural birth or 12 weeks post c-sections before starting classes.
Not sure if you have a suitable carrier?
Don't worry I have plenty to hire ($5 per class)
Class falls during nap time?
No worries - we do this on purpose as babies love the movement and music in class alongside being close to there caregiver they almost always fall asleep.
What to bring?
Suitable carrier (available for hire)
change of cloths/nappy for bubs and change mat.
