Food always makes people happy and makes them smile, this is what Kazuko hopes this one off workshop/demonstration will do! Learn about and try some Japanese home style sushi in a fun environment. Kazuko will introduce you to inari sushi (tofu pocket sushi)and chirashi sushi (open style) with clear broth amongst others.
Please bring $5 in cash towards the cost of ingredients and let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.
Kazuko would like to dedicate this class to honour the late Andy Blaikie (previous WEA Treasurer and avid learner) who had loved her cooking classes (and the food afterwards) and registered this time last year, but wasn’t able to attend.
